Our mission is to build athletes using core tactics of fitness and nutrition for athletes of all ages, from the introductory level to the world-class competitor. This comprehensive training facility provides our members the experience of a flawless fitness model which utilizes only the tools required to assemble elite levels of strength and fitness.

The athlete will participate in a circuit class specifically designed for the needs of the competitive skater.

Power Ice is located in Icetown Riverside which is a skating facility that has been providing friendly,
personal attention to its members, helping them stay fit, active and healthy for over 13 years. We are here to help you reach all of your fitness goals.
What We Do
Our staff is trained to assist you in all aspects of your exercise routine. Regardless of whether
you've ever set foot in a gym before, our trainers will listen to your needs and develop a workout individually designed for you to meet your goals.
